The story has it that Winston was in the habit of dictating the days items to his secretary 'properly dressed' just after completing his bath of the morning.
It is generally known that Churchill had a caravan whilst in North Africa during WWII in the Western Desert. When there he would walk naked to the ocean to swim and bathe. He really did entertain government ministers whilst taking a bath. I don't know if he considered himself a nudist but there is little doubt he felt very comfortable without clothes.
