Poll Question:
How often do you shave entirely smooth? Is is every day, a few times a year, never? Let's find out how many stay smooth, and how often!
For the purposes of this question, it matters not what method you use to "shave", whether gels, razors, tweezers, or waxing.
So the question is:
How often do you shave entirely smooth in the pubic area?

Never done it except for surgery 15 years ago or so and I can't remember what it was like. I may try it... I'm interested but it seems like lots of work.

Well, I do shave but I shave Bi-weekly or if I am going away on vacation since I travel a lot. Read my personal ad on this site under personals if u are Female and single U must be single !!!! Dating or attached do not bother (sorry). I usually wax my chest also so when I go tanning in the Caribbean its a nice clean look. No tanning beds for me all natural is better ! ( that to was on a news show that if u are going to tan that tanning in natural sun is better than tanning beds). Besides it was one of those news shows like 60 Minutes or NiteLine with Diane Sawyer, that men who shave there face regularly then someone who grows facial hair, are less likely to have a heart attack, so I figured what can be so bad about shaving the area below on a regular basis. Its got to keep me healthy (LOL) some way. Thank u

I used to shave everything then I let it grow back the next time I shaved, I got alot of ingrown hairs, now I partilly shave. Leaving short trimmed hair above penis.

Sundance, I hate to sound like a broken record on these shaving forums, but I know about ingrown hairs in the pubic area...Since I started using Magic a couple years ago, the grand total of those buggers is zero, zip, not a one...And honest, I don't have a financial interest in the company!

I keep smooth all year the feel and look is great. Especialy with a light sweat as I live in the desert. Shaving all has become a habit daily.

I shave every other day. It's a regular routine, just like the beard. No problems with in grown hairs etc.

I shave daily in the shower or on my deck in the summertime. Just another routine that I'm used to.

Got to agree with Bikeracer, "Magic" is the answer. No bumps and smooth results. BUT timing is everything. Leave it on too long, and bad things happen. (chemical burning) Seven minutes maximum works for me.

I've been shaving my genital area for ah some 15 years now and trimming the pubes down to between a 1/16 to 1/4" all year round. Just recently I decided to shave the rest of my body. I did it for myself and to surprise my girlfriend. She loves the smoothness, now I shave every day. Can't stand the stubbles, ha. Wish there was a easier way though, and less time consumming. Now my girlfriend shaves her pubes, and is lovin the feeling. In this Phoenix heat, the lack of hair between your legs makes a difference, ah feel the breeze... Paulie

Being smooth looks better and it certainly FEELS better. The only downside is the amount of time it takes to maintain the smoothness. Stubble is a drag (literally and figuratively.) I don't trust the Magic shave and you've got to be alert at all times with the razor. Does anybody have any other ideas that work well for them?

Marcus B,
Welcome to the forum. Three other methods are laser, waxing and epilator. Each has it's advantages and drawbacks as well.
