I currently only shave my pubic area and back, but this past weekend, both of my daughters suggested I shave everything because "your hairy legs are pokey". I may have to oblige their request.

Your Daughters are spot on ! I have found a great new shaving cream by Gillette. It has replaced an earlier version and I found it at Walmart.
Check out Gillette Satin Care Ultra Sensitive Irratation defense Shave Gel . I nick very easily and this is amazing stuff. Yes, it is in the lady section and easy to spot. It is very tall.
Buy it !

I use to do it off and on but didn't like the up keep. But started shaving the pubes again because my wife asked me to do it again. She even told me that she prefers me to have no pubes. So I plan on keeping it bald. I like having no pubes anyway. Besides I love my wife and would do anything for her . Because she's worth it.

I love a shaved lady. Shows she loves her body and thinks it looks best without any hair. I agree. I am now totally smooth except my head is maybe 1/8" inch..eyebrows are shaved off..Otherwise the eyebrows get very bushy. Did you know that there is a shaved eyebrow Yahoo forum ? Yes !
Stay smooth and in the Sun, my friends. Wish I knew how to post picutres without going through Flix'R... Only want pictures in a safe place like here..Oh, right now, body is beat up from heavy Derm work..but the basal cells are all gone..Lol

Some have mentioned lazar hair removal. How expensive is it, and does it last. I only shave the shaft of my penis and a small ring around the base along with my scrotum.

Shave the shaft and balls, trim the pubic area with my beard trimmer.
My wife trims the sides and leaves a strip in the middle.
Not sure about the whole bald look on either men or women, personal preference I guess.

Marcus B, try sugaring. It is easier on the skin than waxing, and after a while less hair grows back. I used to shave almost daily, now I sugar every three weeks or so. Never going back to the razor!!

Back to regular wax treatments ... every 5-6 weeks. I did this for about 2 years and could go almost 8 weeks before needing to go and get a touch up but I stopped for a couple of reasons and began shaving again. I quickly realized why I went to wax treatments and stopped shaving.
For me, it's time saved shaving every other day and the cost of razor blades. With razor blades lasting about 3-4 shaves and the 3-5 blade replacement cartridges costing upwards of twenty dollars ... I'm breaking even with the cost of razors compared to wax treatments and ... I don't have to shave my pubic area every other day!
So ... I stopped shaving so I can stay smooth for almost two months before returning to another wax session. I can't get my wife to commit to waxing. She tried it once, it hurt, so she decided it wasn't for her anymore so she shaves everyday in the shower and I shave those other spots that are hard to reach every few days.
My wax treatments don't sting near as much as the first couple of times and the hair continues to grow back slower and more sparse and more fine each time. Worth the time and money for me.
Loves being naked. Plays well with others!

I've been using an epilator for about 12 years. Much like waxing it only has to be done every 4-6 weeks. The new hairs come in very fine and are easy to tweeze out. Initially I had to wax everything off. My purpose for doing it wasn't for esthetic reasons. I was tired of having my hair getting caught in my foreskin.
DW thought I was crazy when I started and wouldn't consider doing it herself. After about 7 years of watching me and trying to self wax she tried the epilator. Now she does everything south of her waist with it. She hasn't shaved her legs in 5 years.
Funny thing now is... My daughters and daughter in law come to me for grooming advice. Those that have asked about it I've even bought epilators. The best ones we've used, we've bought off EBay for about 5.00. Can't find them at that price anymore but I still keep my eyes open for them.

I have shaved off and on for years and about a year ago got a full Brazilian waxing-- LOVED The look and feeling... Since then I have had electrolysis and laser on my balls because I hated taking out my multiple genital piercings to get waxed...I still get my shoulders, ass cheeks waxed as well as crotch shaping to a "V" shape and the v in trimmed very short.

Been a while. I have been shaving my genitals (shaft, balls and all around them) for last seven years. Did it on a whim and really liked it. In the beginning I tried just shaving, then an epilator. Shaving is daily and the epilator would last a few days. In the end I went back to shaving in the shower as the epilator was painful from time to time. I know the epilator gets better over time but couldn't get past the bad times. I am thinking about waxing and even laser hair removal but not sure about the results. I know some have posted positives about both. I know cost vary from area to area of the country but I would be curious to know. Also, do places that provide these services readily take male clients?

I did quite a bit or searching to finally find an esthetician that would take male clients. There must be over a dozen places in our city that do waxing and as soon as you ask if they will give a male a Brazilian wax, they either acted like 12 year old children, or hung up. Really ... some of them hung up!
I found a link on the second page of searches. Typically, I don't click on those because many times, once you get passed the first page, it can be dicey and I've found more links to porn sites that credible business links.
I reluctantly clicked on the link and boy am I glad I did. I clicked the link provided to message this esthetician. I then emailed and finally, I called, talked with her on the phone. When I drove to the address and it was a private home, I was unsure but given the location, I figured she had to be on the up and up. She was and she is. I've been going to her for almost 3 years and we've become friends, much like our relationship with our hairdresser.
She always finds a way to fit me into her schedule. Her pricing isn't consistent. Sometimes I pay a little more, $10 - $30 dollars and then other times a little less, about the same amount. Makes no matter. She's great, friendly, professional and thorough! I like that she does what I want but looks at the results and ensures it looks good and it looks right. Worth every nickel.

I've been smooth since becoming nudist. It just feels and looks right. Easier to apply oil year-round as well.
