at 51 years old i can say, i warm up faster.
cirrulation is not restricted.[diabetic]
less laundry,just towels mostly.
allows me to exercise more freely.
go on longer hikes and stay cooler.
having people look me in the eyes when we talk.
knowing i am comfortable with myself that the past is behind me and the future is in front of me,that all that was bad no longer matters.
if you reach for the stars ,you shall hold them in your hand.

Dave does have a very valid point but on the other hand most men aren't even close nor probably ever will be much to the disapointment to the men and women that wish they would stop. Makes us men look bad and degrades women. BTW I might also be wrong.
