I think he was watching me and my wife on Saturday night when we stayed at the local naturist club. He sent my wife a text at four in the morning quoting stuff we'd said (he was supposedly working).

Next day, we were still there, went home for a bit and came back. He was hounding her all day and tried to kiss her. Later he sent a message asking for a kiss by text. She didn't reply and he sent a really creepy message about having my two year old's name on his soul. She asked why and her replied with another creepy text about destiny.

On Monday he rang my Wife and went on and on making all sorts of subtle and not so suble threats about getting us kicked out of the Naturist place.

On Tuesday he sent a message asking to come over and do some gardening and talk about sex. He was waiting with a bag of chocolate, cake and toys when my Mother-in-Law turned with my son (she looks after him). My wife and I were both out at work. He didn't do anything odd, just talked to her about flowers until she made some excuses about having to go out. Then he sent another creepy text about it. After this Helen rang me and I called the Police. By this point I'd already let some people at the naturist club know about my concerns. The police came round later and we told them what had happen. He's been warned but we think he's spreading all sorts of gossip at the club to make it difficult for us to do anything about it there.

At least there haven't been any more creepy texts, he hasn't called or approached us.

I went up there tonight, left a note about it in the signing in book and changed the lock on our hut. I went tonight because there's usually a sauna night on Wednesdays. The place was dead. Just one old guy in his caravan. Somebody pulled up without driving in and I heard movement outside the fence. I thought it might be him and called the police, by the time they got there the car had gone, whoever it was probably heard me call the police and left. Local kids sometimes break in. As I left I was prepared for the worst and had a word with the old guy to let him know I'd been and why. Felt like I was in Fatal Attraction.

Does anyone out there know how I can get a Restraining Order on him?

1) Have you told the management what has been going on, not just some people?
2) Are you sure who the person is? Have you documented what has been going on, saving the text messages for proof of who the person is?
3) Go to the police station/magistrate's office and swear out a restraining order.

Best regards and stay safe,
Cheri

Kicking his a$$ might make you feel better, but it won't neccessarily protect your family. It might just push him over the edge and could possibly end with you in jail. I would go along with Cheri on this one. Document everything and talk to management. It sounds like he works at you resort. If he is doing this with your family, others might have noticed him also.

I would name and shame this guy on here so that his reputation as being a naturist is tarnished for life.
