Our close family friend is also our family doctor. When I had my annual physical, he said " drop your shorts and lets see where the sun don't shine". Well I guess he was wrong because I have no tan lines. He does not say that comment anymore.....

That same friend has talked about our nude vacations with us many times but, I don't think she would ever join us as her husband is completely against it. I'm quite sure she has occasionally outed Mrs Steady and I with some of her other friends. No big deal to us as we feel nudity isn't some awful thing to hide and speak freely about it when asked .
And as Doc was saying earlier we have mostly clothed friends and a few friends we've met while naked! I wish we had some nude friend close by but we'll have to be satisfied with our nude holidays for now.

I know what you are saying, Angie's sister has outed us to her friends and some of our friends. She is so obsessed by our lifestyle she can't stop talking about it. LOL
We don't really mind it, I guess we have far more people that know than we could imagine. LOL

Digs ... I may be wrong but ... I think Angie's sister, your SIL, outs you to see what the reaction to your lifestyle will be ... in hopes that it's positive and she can finally give it a go! 
Just seems like many times this has happened to us, on other issues, it's always been a "testing the waters" approach before saying ... "yeah, I think I'll give it a try too!"

I've become more open, partly because Facebook shares my comments on nudist pages to every "friend" I ever have on FB. So at home I've been posting signs that say "Private Property -- Clothing Optional Area" on the boundaries of my land. My immediate neighbors and a fair number of cars passing my property when I was out near the road have already seen me naked on the land anyway. Might as well post it.
In this state (WA) being naked isn't illegal unless you are doing some act intended to cause someone an alarm or affront. I'm thinking that being naked on land posted as "Clothing optional" may help if some passing car driver complains to John Law. Its evidence that its a general naked in the woods area rather than some immediate action to disturb drivers. Or, John Law may complain that a barbed wire fence is not enough for a clothing optional area. The other end of my land doesn't even have a fence. Hard to say.
Naked is green.

My mother in-law knows I at least sleep naked now. It has been very hot here in Southern California the last couple of days. I went to bed naked like I usually do, but at some point in the even I must have kicked the sheet off. The office area with the printer is located outside our master bedroom. Normally, when I go to bed, I turn off the printer, and my in-laws know not to print anything until the next morning. For some reason, my mother in-law had to print what she was working on at midnight, so she came up to the office area to turn on the printer. Per my wife who was still up at the time, when my mother in-law looked into the bedroom and saw me laying there on my stomach completely naked, she responded with an "Oh my", and quickly turned around and returned to her room. I'm guessing she will not be coming up to the printer anymore after I go to bed.

It is interesting to have friends that accept my nude life style and those that completely shut me off. While it is a shame to loose some of these 'so called friends' it was not unexpected. Several people know that I prefer to be nude when ever possible and have friends that prefer people who visit them to be nude. Grant it, they have a fair size piece of land that is heavily wooded and can not be seen from any public road way. It is always good to go visit them. At my age, I have gotten to the point that I am not too concerned what some of my friends think about me being nude. I just wish that it was legal, with in certain boundaries to be nude more places.

Pretty much everyone in my motorcycle club, as well as most of their spouses, know. I make no bones about it now, posting about nudism on Facebook. But in September 2014, we had a national club meeting in Indiana. A few of us were hanging out at the pool and got pretty drunk. I apparently decided to strip naked in the pool and then walked all the way back to my room that way. So now they always make cracks about my nakedness.

my mum knows I have a interest in nudism as I nude around her in the mornings before I get in the shower, and my two sisters know because they go nude with me

Ian, good for you to be open and honest with your mum. I didn't do that and should have, too late now.
Obviously my wife knows and reckon one of her sisters and husband as we two blokes get naked in their pool most times after a few drinks. The other two sisters may be suspicious as they've been commenting on my tan and no tan lines when they see me in speedos. Otherwise it's my lifestyle and I'm OK with that, although some neighbours may see me walk out to gte the paper in the morning but if they have seen me they have not said anything.

My closest male friends all know/have seen me naked, and most of them have joined me at the c/o camp near where we live. Less so with the female friends. None of my family, as far as I know, but do know about skinny dipping in the pool/lake. So far, none of my co-workers do, but I used to work with a couple that I'd run into at the c/o camp, but we weren't friendly really. If I were closer, or came up in conversation, I wouldn't deny, but not something I feel the need to broadcast.

My Pastor knows (i know my screen name is nudist mormon but i left mormonism a couple of years ago) after telling him, he responded by asking my reasons and i told him that for one, i feel closer to God and 2. my naked body is the most true i can be. when i put on clothing, i am putting on a facade, lying to the world. he said he can understand that.

No one knows. My family is too conservative to tell and so are my friends. I have tried to bring up the subject before by testing the water by bring up the subject with certain friends that seem more open by but by there reactions it quickly became apparent they were not
