Has Mystic Oaks in southern California closed. There website said they did but the site is now back up and running. Can anyone shed more light on this?

Its too bad if they are we enjoyed it. Maybe we will buy it, and run it ourselves. Anyone know why they closed? Lack of guests I would imagine. Either that or some developer bought them out.
When the web page saying they were closing was up it said because of development encroaching that they would close. I drove by recently and saw land being cleared next to their property from the road. To bad...was a nice place to hike, camp, lay out and not to crowded.
