Interesting ..I did not know that ... I did know that Bell Acres at Maysville, GA has been up for sale for many months. Timberline Resort near Crossville closed a couple of years ago, and Cherokee just closed indefinitely just a few months ago ... leaving two resorts still open --- Rock Haven near Murfreesboro TN and Serdendipity near Cleveland GA, in the northern AL/southern TN/northern GA areas. Where are the investors?

Whispering Pines sale has gone through. The new owner gets the key on Dec. 15.
nat3302, Cherokee/Cumberland has the park in legal dispute. Here's hoping it will re-open in the spring.

We are starting a new nudist camp at Ft. Hancock, Texas, just 35 miles Southeast of El Paso and just off Texas I 10. We now have some of the paths cleared and starting the floors for bath house. We will have a pool, vollyball court, cabins and hook ups. At this point we are just interested in people who want to help to start or just check out what we are doing. As you were wanting to buy, we would consider talking of a new owner. We just want to get it going and as soon as possible as summer is almost here.
