Warmskin ... The issue was that he was seen from the street and the original newscast showed the home from the street and you clearly could see into the house.
People keep avoiding that issue/fact as to why this happened in the first place.

Okay, let me see if I have this straight. He could easily be seen from the street through a window that itself could be seen without going out of one's way. I hope I have that correct.
If so, I would have still bought some horizontal blinds that could have been turned upwards so that I could only be seen from above, and not below. I would be assuming that no neighbor had a window higher than his. I.e., set up something that makes it unable for others to see into his home from the street. That is what I love about horizontal blinds; you can adjust the angle and thus restrict the inward view.
I don't know if anyone could understand what I just wrote. Hahaha.

That is what I do to prevent law violation. It's good common sense to prevent knocks on the door from law enforcement.

Or having the door kicked in by the police, talk about an over reaction.

Ok being in trouble for being nude in your own home sucks, but I think everyone is missing the issue it isnt he was nude it was he allowed his nudity to be viewed from public view. Had his blinds been closed and this woman was inches from window looking through to notice his nudity, her arrest would be news. If he was keeping his blinds open before sunrise and doing things nude, sorry but he wanted to be seen.

Hmm, maybe he was one of those pesky exhibitionists.
I shouldn't talk. I attended a nude party (card games) and the hosts left all the curtains open. The neighbors had a darned good view from what I could tell while I was outside in their yard looking in (I'm not a peeking Tom). Also, their hot tub was on a deck in full view of the street and neighborhood.
Have to admit I was a bit nervous about being there, but still had nice time. Conceivably, we could have all been arrested. Apparently, these folks must frequently nude in view of their neighbors, and have never been arrested, or questioned. Maybe they bribed each neighbor who could view their nudity.
