Ned, The bride wore shoes and carried a bouquet. The groom wore what he was born with. It was a nude wedding outdoors under bright South Carolina skies. There were five of us who were dressed in our birthday suits.
It was a happy yet solemn occasion.
What else did you want to know?
Regards, Cheri

Cheri, Thank you. I was pleased to learn that you perform nude wedding ceremonies. Was there anything in the script or the ceremony that distinquished a nude wedding from a traditional wedding? i.e., would a blind man know whether or not it was a nude wedding? The more I think about the whole idea, the better it sounds. Sometimes people go thru a ceremony to renew their vows after a few years of marriage. Have you ever performed a nude renewal ceremony? Congratulations to them for getting married nude and to you for performing it. Ned Adams

Really cool! Congratulations!
The thing that really stuck me was how much newsprint that would save.

I have participated in a nude vow renewal. There is nothing in the ceremony to indicate nudity of the participants.

Congratulations. Was it your own or another? Many nudists say that it has make a major change in the way they view things, so I would antipate that they might see that as a meaningful activity. I think that I would if I had the opportunity. Nedquote: Doing what I can to positively promote nudism - -
Cheri, I read these and they are both excellent. Congratulations. Ned

Cheri, do you think that in a vow it might be useful to mention nudity?, e.g. Adam & Eve, first couple, "were naked and not ashamed". If I had the opportunity to do a renewal vow, I would appreciate something like that. You are articulate. Think about it. Ned

Ned, When I do the ceremony for people, I generally print out a copy of it on very pretty paper and put it in a folder as a souvenir. Some might object to having the words "nude" ceremony. As I did with Dan & Angel, I said that "we're gathered together naturally in nature" and did not have it in the written version.
Hugs, Cheri

Cheri, That is very nice to have a printed copy. It will be a good reminder. It is probably best that you left out the word "nude" in the printed copy. If they wish, they could write up a summary themselves, for their keepsake, and describe it. Hugs, Ned
