I am finally back on the boards. It has been a hectic summer, with a new job and less and less time for myself as a result. Thankfully, I have succeeded in converting my 3 roomies to a casual, mostly nude home life. (It probably helps that it has been either bloody hot or raining here in Central New York...)
Finances have been tight, so I never managed a first visit to Empire Haven this summer. I do have hopes for next season tho 
I have missed everybody here and hope you've had a great sun season.
BTW, is there anyone in the Auburn NY area who might be interested in getting together during the indoor season for nude get-togethers? My roomies are fine with it being just us, but aren't interested in the social aspects...*sigh*

Let us be the first to welcome you back. It's always nice to see a smiling face here and it's also great to see another female member. We lost one a month or so ago. She may pop back in from time to time, but says she's got other things to do and we were something she had to eliminate from her hectic schedule.
It's always nice to have female members and posters to get the other sides view on topics. I get my wife's and post her opinions and thoughts all the time but I know her's, it's nice to get other female communication.
Good luck with your new living situation with your room mates. Good to have you back!

It feels good to be back. I missed being able to talk with people who understand the need to be nude. :) The irony of my new job is that I'm a supervisor in a fabric store....selling textiles (tongue firmly planted in cheek here)

Feeling real good today despite some household craziness. One roomie had an emergency appendectomy this afternoon, after going to the emergency room late last night. I was home with the other roomie's husband, and for the first time, he didn't *blush* brick red when he realized that neither one of us had bothered to dress this morning.
I can say that this non-reaction helped my body acceptance improve a *lot*. What made it funnier was his going out to do yard work and suddenly realizing that he *still* hadn't dressed
I managed to stay nude until after I got the call from the hospital that everything was a-ok.
Yes...all in all, a triumphant day for a budding nudist!

PS: the encouragement from the boards here has helped me get past a number of hang-ups, and I wanted to thank everyone for thier input over the last few months :)

I am back...yet again! I am now in my own apartment ( and looking for a nudist room mate ) and finishing up my studies to have my Bachelors degree in History this December. My plan is to apply for a combined Masters/PhD program for History next year, and hope to begin that study in Fall 2011.Currently, I am able to enjoy nudity at least 20 hours a day, which leads me to the nudist roomie search to keep that body freedom going.
I've missed "chatting" with fellow nudists, and would love to meet some in the Upstate NY region for nude socializing etc.
Now I must return to my naked studying, Talk to y'all l8rz!
