The climate are relative if it's appropriate to be naked in a whole year, because I have to consider if there is not cold in a whole year.
So, winter or the coldest month is one of the factor that I have to consider.
Another factor that I have to consider is if there is cold weather or cold current possibly.
So, the tropics whose the latitude is very low, and winter or the month of the lowest temperature is not cold, and there is never cold weather or cold current, are appropriate locations to be naked.
Although I live in Taiwan, but the climate of winter and spring in Taiwan is not appropriate to be naked. Because the two seasons are too cold for me in Taiwan.
I think the locations whose it's appropriate to be naked in America are Guam and Hawaii, because the places are not too cold in the coldest month. But I don't know if there is cold weather or cold current in Hawaii in winter.
I am a naturist, so I want to go to the place whose I can be all-naked to live forever and it's not cold forever.

Some years ago, when I was in Hawaii in mid-January, the basic temperatures were Fahrenheit 68 to 70 Degrees at night. Daytime temperatures were much warmer.
I was quite chilly, because I was coming there from a hot, tropic climate of the dry season in Viet Nam, with overnight lows of 95 Deg. F. It felt cold then, to me, while my Wife, coming from the icy Philadelphia area was quite hot.
