If you go by the websites of the resorts, or the glossy brochures from Go Classy or Castaways Travel, you'd get a very inaccurate view of the clientele. It would appear that the majority of guests are between 25 and 35. All the boobs are perky, all the stomachs are flat, and there's not an ounce of cellulite in sight. As anyone who has visited a nudist resort can testify, the reality is somewhat different. I wonder how many eager voyeurs have been bitterly disappointed by the sight of less-than-ripped 50-somethings (such as myself). More to the point, I wonder how many potential guests have been intimidated by the apparently gorgeous clientele? Shouldn't resort ads more or less reflect reality?

Marketing is always marketing. Did you ever get a brochure of a new car that shows what it will look like after it's been in a junkyard for 10 years? How about those brochures of hotels that have restaurants and rooms that look cavernous only to find that they are dinky little rooms made to look better with great camera angles.

No need to check out the websites or brochures - just look at the ads in the AANR "Bulletin" or the TNS "N" magazines. The reality is seeing the photos of actual club members and activities, rather than the models in the ads.

I will say that Bare Necessities Travel Agency http://www.bare-necessities.com/ appears to have a fairly young staff. But how many of them go on the cruises?

David, The staff does go on the cruises. I've been on one of the cruises and they shot some of the ads during the trip.
