Adiminstrator, HELP please Could you please advise me how I can send a picture of my self to appear as an Avatar. I am sure the rules are no larger than 6KB but when I try to reducea photo on the computer it totally pixelises. As you may have gathered I am not totally techy minded and I need guidance as to step by step instructions

If I remember correctly the rule for avatar size is no more than 100 x 100 pixels and in an acceptable format such as jpeg (.jpg). I recently uploaded a new avatar to this site with no problem. You can download photo image manipulators from the Internet to resize photos. One such is Irfan (iview) which I downloaded from www.pcworld.com. It is free.
You can upload directly from your PC to this site using your Profile. Easy to do and it does not involve email.
Actually the system will resize most reasonable pics. An image already 100x100 will look best. For an avatar, a square image saves you setup time. One not square requires a tweak in your profile to keep from stretching.
If you are totally stumped, you can send your avatar pic (one that would look good shrunk down), and/or another larger pic as your profile picture, to me at admin@nudist-resorts.org.
