Anyone who knows nice nude beaches in Brisbane or at the Gold Coast in Australia?

Sadly Queensland is the only state in Australia that does not permit nudity on its beaches, however there are some which are used discretely. There is a Yahoo group for South East Queensland nudists, you could try there for advice.

I'll be in Brisbane next year, and I'm hoping to go on a naked bush walk with the groups moderator.

Everything is on course, I have arrangements for Adelaide, but I'm not at all sure about the White Cockatoo, I've heard some bad reports, so I'm looking around for other venue's.

The Spit on the Gold Coast used to be used for nude bathing until they fenced off the dunes.
There is one good beach that I could recommend which is 2 hours drive from Brisbane called Alexandria Bay.

They have an annual family beach carnival in March, as well as day trips organised by the Queensland branch of the Free Beaches Australia.

Not in Brisbane or the Gold Coast, but Tyagarah in Byron is an easy drive from the Gold Coast.

I just went nude at Fingal Head. When we first got there there was people walking dogs and jogging. So we wore just a thong each. But after a while we had the beach to ourselves so got nude. Was great!
There is a sign saying no nude sunbathing but we were fully alone on a looooong empty beach.
Hate clothes, always will.
