Hello,
I think I am in the right place for this, if not please move it to the appropriate forum.
But I am starting to plan for my first nakation (and saving lots of money to boot). But I think I would like to visit Australia for two weeks. I figure one week at a naturist resort and one week in the Sydney/Melbourne/perth area.
I would like to do some of the following: -snorkeling -hiking -meet and talk to people-preferably in my age bracket (~40ish)nothing against older or younger people. I just don't want to lay out on a beach by myself-kind a boring. -maybe water ski or that boat pulled parachute thing
So does anyone have any recommendations? Places to go, things that I could add to my list?
Thanks,
Mike

The http://aus-nude.org.au/ website would be a good place to start planning.
I am a little concerned with your plan to spend "one week in the Sydney/Melbourne/Perth area". First of all, Perth is several thousand miles from Sydney, and even Melbourne is an all-day drive. I don't think many Americans appreciate just how huge Australia is. Trying to see these three cities in a week would be expensive and frustrating. Ms. ND and I spent a month in Australia a few years ago, and barely got off the East Coast.
As for specifics ...
IMO, Sydney is one of the world's great cities. You could easily spend a week there and hardly scratch the surface. There are plenty of textile beaches, and a couple of C/O beaches across the harbor at Middle Head, which also has some amazing WW II fortifications.
If you snorkel, you might want to spend the bucks and learn scuba. Trips to the outer Barrier Reef out of Cairns or Port Douglas are awesome.
There are a number of Australians on this forum. Maybe some of them could offer some suggestions.

Thanks Doc,
Sorry, I meant I would stay in one of those areas not cover all three. I am hoping an Aussie or two more will chime as to were to go.

We Aussies were obviously remiss in not responding, sorry about that chief. Hope it worked out OK. You would need to stay in only one of those cities and search around. By the way it's just a short 3 day drive from Melbourne to Perth and that is very steady continuous driving, little rest and multiple drivers. Sydney - Perth is further. Sydney Melbourne is about 8-10 hours depending how hard you push. Lots to see it's just a big place and very spread out. Cheers, SBN.
