new things are just that new, I remember a time (here goes the old guy)when I was asked to leave school because my hair was three inches long, now three inch long hair is conservative! It is a matter of what you want to say, we were called hippies and had all these good ideas about life and the world. I don't know what they call people with piercings( pincushions?)I guess its like those of us who shave, its just what we like.If you do get a piercing , take care the site, those infections are hard to get rid of!

Its up to the individual, its their body, they can do with it what they like. A lot of people tend to regret the abuse they did to their body in their older age.

Maybe people want to be holier so they put holes in their body and pierce it? Just a thought.

I saw a guy at the beach today with a piercing through his penis... Ouch! I can't believe people actually get that done. I can't see that it would be all that hygenic either.

I would NEVER get a piercing through my penis! Oh wait- I don't have one. Another good reason for me not to get a penis piercing.

Yes, it'd be a little difficult... But can you imagine getting your other bits pierced?

I got my ears pierced when I was really little and I've handled it pretty well.

I got my ears pierced when I was a freshman in high school along with my sister and mother. Twenty years ago I had my ears double pierced, one hurt like the devil and the first wasn't painful at all. I can't imagine the discomfort anywhere else.

I've had my ear pierced twice... once about 5 years ago and once about 3 years ago. Both times the piercing ended up really annoying me (much like clothing), and I eventually let it grow shut. I should have guessed that would be the case... I never liked other jewelry. I just thought the fact that this was more in the body than on the body would make it bother me less. I was wrong.
Of course, I might try it again. I've been known to repeat some mistakes. :/

Cheef, Most of us do repeat mistakes. That's one thing that truly makes us human.

I'd say they're holy. Definitely holier than me, anyway!

Spontanudity,

Randy,
No worries mate... I wouldn't let it bother you, I think Nudkiwi is still blind to the painfully obvious. ;-)
As for piercings... I ended up wimping out on my Hep shots a few weeks ago (well, I was very crook at the time)... I couldn't imagine having a needle stuck into me for amusement.
