Probably already asked and answered here but..
When arriving at a nude resort, where and what is the protocol for actually undressing? Do they have dressing/changing/undressing rooms?

Some clubs and resorts have facilities, many don't, but disrobing isn't a big deal, I usually find my spot to sunbathe set up my towel or mat then take my clothes off, I've even been known to drop my clothes when with a clothed group (Of nudists), you'll find that its no big deal at all, its just a matter of getting used to nudity being normal.

It's okay to ask again!
I've been to several clubs and we both have been to a several resorts. Most "clubs" don't have dressing rooms for you to change out of your clothes when you arrive. Some do have restrooms and some have changing rooms or ample room for you to disrobe, if that's your preference.
AT CLUBS: We both have just taken our clothes off at the car. We do this for two reasons...1- we want to be naked as soon as possible and 2- we don't have to cart our clothes around with us if we move from place to place.
At RESORTS: One resort we visit is very upscale but...doesn't have a room to take your clothes off in. Instead...they provided lockers next to the hot tub. So...if you're in the hot tub...you actually got to watch everyone undress that was there for day use and didn't have a room. This made several women, we talked to, a little uncomfortable but they dealt with it.
Another resort we visit actually has a room designated for day use people so you can take your belongings and take off your clothes in the room.
One other resort has a locker room much like a gym. It's off the workout area and it's used by day users to take off their clothes and store them while at the resort.
I just depends on the resort and the club. The first club I visited wanted me to be nude for the tour so I took my clothes off at the car just outside the main office. It felt great and no one really pays much attention except that they know you're a new guest!

In view of that it depends on the nudist club, if in doubt, ask when you check in at the office.
The clubs that I have been to, it is customary to disrobe at your car and then place your clothes in your car. But make sure that you don't lock the car while your key is in it. Put you keys in your bag. Most nudists have a bag to put towels, sun tan lotion, and other belongings (you are expected to sit on a towel).

I guess it depends on where you go. Me- I'm pretty much ready to disrobe when I get there (actually, I'm ready to disrobe BEFORE I get there or not to ever be clothed in the first place!) so I typically disrobe at the car. If I'm visiting in the winter months and it's, therefore, not practical to disrobe at the car due to temperatures, I'll find a place to disrobe that is comfortable at the time. Where I typically go there is a restroom, there are hooks for clothes by the hottub so that could be a convenient place, or there is a fairly unused hallway area between the pool and hottub that works. At this point in my nudist experience, I'm not too self-conscious so I don't particularly care where I disrobe, but I can see where others would be. If that's the case you can always just remember that EVERY place is going to have a bathroom.

One exception...
If it's your first visit to a particular resort, it is prudent to register at the front office before disrobing. They may have different policies about where to undress. All the "rustic" resorts I've been to, people disrobe at their car. It's simply more practical.

At our club we just disrobe either at the car or where we flop down with the sunbeds. When we joined our club over 30 years ago, brazhunter we had the same questions in our mind so don't feel awkward in asking the question. That is what this forum is about. Just relax and disrobe when you feel comfortable about it but you won't regret it, we can assure you.

At a nude beach, you can often tell who the newbies are because they usually sit down on their towel first and then self-conciously wiggle out of their clothes. The old-timers stand up, drop their clothes and then sit down.

At 3 mile beach in Penticton, my clothes are off as soon as I get past the willow tree.
At Wreck, they are off as soon as I get down the stairs. I put the clothes back on at the stairs when I leave!
