For anyone, especially for their first time at a nudist resort, and I would think this applies very much toward women, too -- set your attitude ahead of time. Your attitude should be - everything is fine, will be fine, and at the end of the day, I'll feel badly about having to go home.
That is what I did the first time (the roughest time for any aspiring nudist). I had myself so psyched up that I marched right into the pool area where everyone was and introduced myself.
It's important to bridge the gap between yourself and other nudists on your first time.
So, if a woman is very hesitant about going to a nudist resort, just remember that if you walk around AS IF everything is just fine, you will be fine. There is no reason to assume any other attitude, and attitude determines the altitude, ladies.
