Nothing in the works for Ohio or Indiana yet...find some nudist friendly homes and we'll be happy to talk to them!

Reservations will start being taken for a new Clothing Optional Bed and Breakfast in the Pasadena/Altadena area later this week! 2 Guest Suites and lushly landscaped 2/3 acre grounds are featured in this historically significant home. The Hosts are long time nudists and are active with a non-landed club in SoCal. They will be at the Nudist Expo in June!! Watch for details to be released later this week!

Can't wait to spend next week at TLC (June 11-15); always have such a great time spendingt he week nude and enjoying the great facilities of the indoor pool, hot tub, relaxing but most of all the wonderful family that runs TLC!

C O Home ... got a question.
Several years ago, there was a place in Sedona, Casa Tiene Vista. My wife and I had the pleasure of staying there before the property was sold.
The couple stated they were going to reopen another place and kept in contact via email for a short while but ... haven't heard anything from them or about a new place.
Did you know this couple at all or about Casa Tiene Vista in Sedona?

Unfortunately, they seem to have dropped off the map. Although we never stayed there, we understand it was very nice and they were great hosts. If I hear anything of them I'll let you know.

FireProf, I share your regrets over the closing of CTV. We were lucky enough to stay there three times before they closed. What a place! I had the feeling that Doug and Barb were running CTV 'off the books', so as not to be bothered with pesky nuisances like licenses, permits, and zoning laws. I could be wrong, of course, but if you recall, payments were invariably by check - no credit cards - made out to them personally, not to any sort of business entity. Peculiar way to do business, no? At any rate, when they sold the house in Sedona, they kept their website up and running for a while, with the stated intention of re-opening CTV at another location at some unspecified future date. But after a year or so, the website disappeared, and as MrsAz noted, they fell off the radar. It's really too bad. CTV was the best B&B, nude or not, that we have ever stayed in.

Wasn't paying much attention to the other parts of the equation but what you say makes perfect sense. To bad ... CTV was a great location, our first and only experience so far with a Clothing Optional B&B. Too bad it was so darn cold during our stay! LOL
We plan on taking Mrs. AzLagoon up on their place. We have friends in WA that are asking about B&B's in Az. I'm steering them thataway!

Unfortunately, many of the C/O B&B's that have opened try to operate "under the radar" and are "outed" in the community at some point due to their online marketing. Invariably this ends in a problem for the homeowner. The reason we set up the C/O Home Network is to structure the marketing and operation of the individual homes under an umbrella that is openly on the internet, but never discloses the exact location of the homes online. The homes are listed by general location and only after a guest fully pays for their reservation do they get the exact address and host information. We've found this works best for the hosts and guests...maintains the privacy of all parties. Hosts maintain privacy and guests have a comfort level of staying at a home that is part of a larger entity.
We do have more homes coming into the network, so stay tuned for new locations!

Had a wonderful time this past week at TLC. If you are heading to the Ottawa region for a vaction or on business, definitely recommend TLC!!

Thanks for the note. We've talked to a few folks in Las Vegas, but the homes or owner situation weren't a good fit for what we are putting together. We would LOVE to find a good nudist friendly home with quality folks for hosts in Las Vegas...we thing our concept would be a huge hit in Vegas. Let me know if you have anyone in mind! We're still looking!!

Mark, Good news! It looks like we will have a Clothing Optional B&B in Las Vegas in late fall 2012! I'll keep you posted here on the target opening date as soon as we get it firmed up!
