Well it's one of those questions that varies by state to state, county to county, and even sometimes to city to city. Luckly we live in a 8 acre land that in which only 5 acres of land is our property and the other 3 is not owned by city, instead it's for sale and rent and was for 17 years according to our local news paper.
Anyways we live in between a suburban and rural area in which we live in a rural land area, next to a ditch and a creek. Therefore being nude outside is possible due to the fact that those houses aren't facing the back yard area.
free2be, This was front yard (almost) nudity. That article didn't mention the husband who also did yard work n a g-string. There is another thread about this also. Some news stories I have read state she covered her nipples. Laws vary but, many states including MD only require genitals covered. You've been to my house. I built the retaining wall for my driveway in a g-string.
