I thought I might post this to see how many of you guys ever gone to or usually go to a nude resort or club during winter i.e Nov to March?Since we plan to visit go to a local nude resort anytime this month or next month in order to get familiarized with the place and know what to except and see for ourselves as well as get to meet people.So we are ready and have already planned which resort to go to when spring come along with the nice weather.

I made my premier (not that I'm a big deal) at Lupin Lodge, a nudist facility in Los Gatos (near San Jose, and yes, Los Gatos is Spanish for "The Cats).
The place was very nice looking, although I was there only at night for New Year's Eve, at a party they had there.
At first we were all nicely dressed, and some men wore tuxedos. I didn't think this was going to be real nudist event, as such, but as the night wore on, some took their clothes off to give 2009 a good send-off. I gradually got nude, too. There were a lot of UV lights, so a lot of shirts glowed on the people who were dancing. By the time I was fully nude, I was not to be outdone. On each table there were some narrow fabric ribbons. They also glowed in the dark, so I tied on around my penis, and to some good laughs from nearby tables as I danced. No wonder I don't drink; if I did, I'd do much sillier and more stupid things than that.
I walked around in the resort and found it to be well manicured and cared for. They have long trails in their property, too.
I took a soak in their hot tub, and then had to get out because it was getting too hot for me.
It was one of the most interesting New Year's Eve parties, because I was communally nude.
So, that was a two-fer -- nude at New Year's Eve and also had the chance to visit a new resort.

Yes...we frequently visit our club and resorts during the winter.
Since we live in So. Calif.....our winter's aren't as severe as other parts of the country and many times...it's nice at the club or resorts during those months you mentioned.
We have an annual trip to Palm Springs in January every year with friends. It's usually very nice during the day and we are nude many of the nights during the week of our stay.
But it can also get cold and we sit under the heaters. Some nude, some in robes (open) others clothed but...we love being together and spending time with each other.
I've gone to Glen Eden numerous times when it's cool and walked in the nude then showered, gotten into the hot tub then found a place in the sun and was able to sunbath for a few hours before it got too cold to do so.

Well usually here in this part of Tx the winter temperatures are mild the highs getting up into the 50s F, while the lows would be in the 30sF.

I thought that I might add since the temps here in this area are going to be in the 60s for the next few days we have finally decided to visit a family oriented nudist club/resort near our area this Tuesday and for the rest of next week.

While on business travel recently, I had a wonderful time visiting a well-known AANR/TNS affiliated nudist club when it was less than 10 degres Fahrenheit outside. They have a great program where they rent a very nice gym once a month from 8:00 PM to midnight on a Saturday. The club had nice saunas in each locker room, a steam room, swimming pool, wallyball, and a bar. Because everyone was nude, the locker rooms were both open to anyone of either gender. Of course, most guys chose the "women's" locker room because it was nicer! I wish I had a club like that closer to my home.

Of course: Winter is the very best time to go to Club Orient. Weather in St. Martin is great. Weather here is awful.

In Maryland, we have MARNA (Maryland Area Naturist Association). They rent pools twice a month all year long. They just started going to a new place that has saunas, spas, a small gym area to play basketball or volleyball, tanning bed etc... They are also looking at renting other places like bowling alleys to give everyone something to do in the winter. In summer they rent outdoor pools (and organize the get together for the World Record Skinnydip). I just got involved about a month ago...so there are probably other activities as well.
