I live in Saint Augustine, northeastern Florida, and need some thoughts about where to go. I see that there are a few resorts etc in this part of the state.
My question is where would the best place to go for my first time? I would like to use my camper and my wife will not be going with me. Please be assured I'm not going to look for or at women. I really want to do this. I did pick a bad time of the year to start going nude outside didn't I!

Hi Terry,
As you read through some other posts, you will see that there is nosuch thing as a bad time to be nude outdoors. You can make snow angels...if you happen to get any snow that is. I'm not familier with any of the resorts in your area (haven't even been to any here in MD yet), but I'm sure other members will be more than happy to share their experiences and give you the info you are looking for. Hello Terry . The best thing i can suggest is that you visit each one(within driving distance ). check out the surroundings . Are the people friendly and willing to talk ? Do they offer most or at least some of what you like to do (swim , volleyball , tennis . that type of thing ) . If you have kids , Is it kids friendly ? playground ? Are the grounds at least kept up ? Do people get involved with an activity ? Do you feel welcomed there or comfortable ? and look at afordability . Once you have visited them all then make a decision on which you like best . This is the best idea that i can come up with .

I have visited many nudist resorts in FL. I think you should determine how far you wish to drive, as a starting point. Then consult AANR.com. You might want to consider Sunny Sands, Sunnier Palms, and many others. FL is the nudist capital of the USA, so go for it.
