10. It gets you away from the neighbours and the people you work with.
9. No special eqipment or clothes are needed to be a nudist.
8. It gets you out of the house.
7. The fresh air is good for you.
6. It beats watching summer reruns on TV.
5. You get to meet other people who also enjoy being nude.
4. Having a suntan without tan lines makes you look good.
3. It brings your family together because its something you can all do together.
2. Its fun.
1. It just plain feels good!

It's excellent for your mental health- it's easier to transition from a work state of mind to a home state of mind when you get all of your clothes off.
It's better for your health- being outside in the altogether allows our body to soak up more vitamin D... just remember your sunscreen so you don't get sun poisoning.
My number one reason- you get to meet some WONDERFUL people. I may soon have a story to tell about that one :)

Do you think if a doctor gave you an RX to go nude for your mental health that your health plan would pay you?

just say you are (1) allergic to clothes, or (2) that wearing clothes too long makes you feel closed in or (3) depressed, or (4) unfulfilled.

Being nude IS good for your mental health! I've been so anxious here lately and have been wound TIGHT. Today I'm off from work due to the stomach flu and I can feel myself calming down. I'm quite convinced it's partly due to being nude/ who I am for a bit without having to solve the worlds problems. If only I had a pool or hot tub or some such thing to hang out in, I'm sure I'd be in tip-top mental health by the end of the day.
