Didn't seem like there was that much streaking, maybe it was earlier, but there was a lot of nudity in the dorm.

It was a fad on our campus for a couple of weeks. Both the guys and girls did it. Although it was 90% guys and 10% girls. A couple of local newspapers even came on campus and filmed and interviewed some of the streakers. That's when it stoppped, the school getting "bad" press.

My kids say that nudity in dorms is not at all unusual, especially when going to and from the showers. A lot different then in my day.

started in the 70s. the roof of the apartment bldg i lived had reserved hours for nude female sunbathing.
by the late 50s, most dorms had done away with non-visitor hours and you would see all kinds of nudity in the wee hours of the morning (and later on weekends).

The dorm I was in at college, guys were on the first two floors, women on the next two floors, and there was a 12 PM curfew for men on the women's floors. How ever now I understand some dorms are all mixed together.

Correct in many of our larger State schools that is the case. It's a wonder any of them graduate.

Nudity was not that common when I Lived in the dorm. Walking around in Bras and underware was not uncommon, but not full or even partial nudity. But I graduated in 88, so I'm a little dated.

It was a little different when I went nyduststcpl, I grauduated in 89. Its a wonder we do not have more nudists due to exposure in college.

Kim...I should have went to your school.  We had coed dorms which was pretty nice for young people with raging hormones. But we didn't have enough nudity. I feel cheated

When I went to college, it was a big deal just to get naked with a girl in her dorm room. Oh, my wasted youth!!! 
The sad part is that kids now in college generally have no appreciation of this freedom. A lot of them believe college dorms were always so open, and take it for granted.
