sometimes I think that they should just let kids under a certain age be nude wenever they want. They practically are anyways and it would solve the indecancy (or however you spell it) because it would be normal to be nude. Like the amish, at a certain age they are given a choice between modern and the old life styles. But this time it would be nude and textiled.
