Good luck jeanluc!
My mother works for CPS and is also a Mandated Reporter. She also lives with us (supporting us while I deal with ongoing medical issues), and knows about our lifestyle (I am a single father of 2). We don't do it @ home anymore (outside of our rooms :D ). but she is fully supportive of it.
In her training, it actually stated that naturism is an accepted lifestyle for placement, adoption, etc. Just like sexual orientation, religion, etc., etc. Those 'Mandated Reporters' that have world views that do not include naturist lifestyles can report all they want, it comes down to what the authorities do about it. Unfortunately, people are human (Mostly :D ), so if They have a personal agenda against it, they can skew the law to fit what they want, until it comes down to a judge level sometimes. But in most cases that will be as far as it goes.
Mandated Reporters are, like said in above posts, in place to help protect our children. Even though they have the potential to cause great harm by starting stupid investigations, I, for one, would rather that happen than have any more children live in the conditions some of them do. Having heard many of the situations, and having to see many CPS workers deal with a lot of the BS they deal with every day, I am a full supporter of CPS and Mandated Reporters (that do their job right! :D )
