Dan (chat moderator for this board) and Angel, his significant other, tied the knot at our home yesterday. It was neat getting to meet them. I performed the ceremony.
They arrived on Friday so that they could get their license. Dinner last night included steak, homemade french fries, steamed cabbage, chocolate wedding cake, and wine.
The happy couple will be traveling to GA to visit others.

Our congratulations also. We too are planning a wedding for next year...our youngest daughter.
Wish she were a nudist and her husband to be...I think I could talk them into a ceremony in SC ...at least I'd finally get to meet Cheri in person.

Cheri, how did you first meet (online) Dan and Angel? Was it here? This might be our first NRO wedding where the bride, groom, and officiant are all members!

Kevin, I did meet them first here at NRO.
I'll happily do nudist weddings on our property. I even put together the ceremony for them. It was great finally meeting them.
FireProf, want to be AANR/Travelites so you can carry our votes to Glen Eden in August?

Thanks everyone for all of the congrats wishes. We are back home now and pleasantly surprised to read about "us"
And thanks so much to Cheri for helping make it a memorable event. It was indeed a nude wedding and we were pleased to have a grand total of 5 people present ... along with the wishes for happiness of others who were with us in spirit.
