I shave daily in the evening from the ribs on down. Generally shave following a soak in the hot tub and/or use the steam shower. Have been doing this for several years using a glycerine-type french-milled soap bar with excellent results.
Have done facial shaving in the shower most of my adult life, but use a separate razor and shaving gel.

I have been shaving since i was 16, im male and of a family with 3 sisters,who also shave smooth and firm breasts at that age.Our parents arent nudists but had no problem in my sisters and i being nude at home and in the garden,we were all are 14-18yrs at that point,but we definately agree on one thing that smooth is the way.

About 3-4 times a week plus the "freshening update" before showing in public/private (beach, sauna, doctor, date...).

I find the whole shaving topic profoundly uninteresting ... but that's just me. However, I recently came across a website (www.shaveeverywhere.com) that is very funny. It's basically an elaborate ad by Phillips Norelco for for their Bodygroom shaver. They make the astonishing claim that shaving the male genitals gives the appearance of an "extra inch". (So THAT'S why you guys do it!) Anyway, the site has a music video that is a riot.

But! Me thinks.............why would NaturistDoc be looking at electric shavers? Unless! He is thinking of taking the plunge? Huummmmm?!?!?!?

As to why I do? Well...........A stale dry cracker is a feast to a starving man. Meaning. I can use *any* help I can get. <G>

Actually, I found a reference to the "Shave Everywhere" site in an email newsletter from a columnist at the San Francisco 'Gate'. Naturally I just had to check it out. But no, I'm not considering going smooth. I just don't think the cost/benefit ratio is particularly favorable ... but that's just me. My wife's opinion is the only one that matters, and she's never even hinted that she might like me to start shaving.

A post now VERY infrequently on here, and yet still the SAME topics are the "active ones" If a newcomers to the nudist lifestyles first experience was on this board, they would think the bulk of nudists were obsessed with erections and shaving. This of course is a poor representative of what most real nudists like to talk about:(

It's a shame that we don't hear from you more often, but I have to agree with you. I tried to have some ideas, such as, when you go off on a nudist trip, let's talk about certain restaurants, or bars, or clubs some one might attend outside the resort.
My wife and I enjoy ourselves immensely at some of the nicer dining spots, and enjoyed ourselves at the casino one night.
But no one seems to want to share that type of experiance.

I have been shaving my pupic area and more since my late teens. I usally shave 2 or 3 times a week and trim the rest of the body every month
